Common questions
What happens after 200 pages?
The monthly allowance combines sent and received pages. Pending sends reserve pages. Outbound faxes that exceed your remaining allowance are blocked; received faxes can take usage over the allowance without automatic overage charges. The allowance resets on the first of each month (UTC).
Do failed attempts count?
Successfully sent pages count toward usage. Pending sends, including scheduled retries, reserve pages until resolved. A final failure releases the reservation. A failed fax may still have delivered some pages to the recipient.
Can I keep my existing fax number?
Plans include a dedicated US fax number. Number porting is not currently promised; contact support before subscribing if keeping an existing number is essential.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Sending and receiving then stop and your fax number may be released. Historical records remain accessible, subject to our retention policy; keep independent copies of important records.
Does a delivery certificate mean someone read my fax?
No. It records the destination fax endpoint’s network result and identifies the prepared PDF submitted for delivery. It does not prove that a person read or accepted the document, or that the received image is identical to your PDF.
What can I upload?
Upload PDFs totaling at most 20 MB and 350 pages, including an optional cover. Review the prepared preview before sending, especially small text, barcodes, and faint scans.
